From the beginning, our principal
aim was to offer a speed and level of service that
was previously unavailable elsewhere. We were the
first company to offer a genuine 24-hour quotation
service coupled with competitive premiums and comprehensive
policy cover.
This dynamic new approach literally transformed
the legal indemnity market, bringing recognition
from The Law Society, who in 1997, asked us to establish
and manage the Defective Title Insurance Scheme
on their behalf. |

| Since then, thousands of solicitors
have come to rely on us regularly for all their
legal indemnity requirements and the cornerstone
of our success has been ensuring that we stay one
step ahead of the competition despite the rapidly
increasing demand for our services. This has required
substantial and continued investment in staff, new
technology and systems. |

| Based in Norwich, the company
now employs over 80 staff. Our team of underwriting
experts, carefully recruited from some of the major
insurers in the country, are ready and willing to
assist in providing a solution to the many types
of conveyancing problems encountered by solicitors
- however complex those problems are. |
